About Me

Welcome welcome. My name is Tommy and I am completely immersed in the realms of fitness and health and wellness. I received my undergrad in Exercise Science and have since gone on to become a licensed personal and athletic trainer. I spend a lot of time structuring research projects concerning human movement mechanics and have spent twice as much time reading and critiquing the research of others. I continually do experiments on myself and my clients(I am sort of a mad scientist, without the lab coat and freaky hairdo).

Mission:

I love teaching people to be healthy and giving advice based on my experiences in health and wellness. I needed a platform that I could help people with advice on training and products that I personally use and find helpful. That’s why I have created an online presence, I am always being asked my opinion on:  movement mechanics, athletic products, supplements, and any and everything that has something to do with completely dominating an event or situation in life. If you have problems sleeping, I’ll teach you how to dominate sleep. In fact here is a list of things I personally dominate:
